Session Builder

The session builder provides the option of either pre-built or build your own sessions. To select a pre-built session, answer questions regarding your needs, equipment and goals. This will then identify a perfect training session for you. If you would like to build your own session, the questions you answer will provide you will a range of exercises to choose from to suit your session.

Training Plan Store

Have a specific goal in mind? Answer a series of questions to identify your needs and it will develop a training plan to suit a time frame for you. For example, if you have a marathon in 12 weeks, the training plan store will develop a 12-week training plan suited to you and your needs.

My Fitness

This platform allows you to log your training so any individual sessions you've created can go on the calendar. In addition, any training plans you have downloaded will automatically sync to the calendar so you can have an overview of your daily training sessions.
